Shipping Availability
Fresh & Refrigerated Products
Fresh and refrigerated products are currently available for:
• Local delivery throughout South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties)
• Select overnight shipping destinations, when available
Availability for refrigerated products is determined by destination, weather conditions, carrier service, and product type. Not all refrigerated products are eligible for shipment outside our local delivery area.
Shelf Stable Products
Shelf stable products are available for shipment throughout the continental United States.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, package size, weight, destination, and selected delivery method.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders containing refrigerated products may ship only on select business days to help minimize transit time and preserve product quality.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on:
• Product type
• Order size and weight
• Packaging requirements
• Shipping destination
• Delivery method selected
Delivery
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping service and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
